Job Summary

An aerospace and defense company is seeking a Remote Senior Application Support Systems Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Deploying code and maintaining baseline across many environments
  • Working with stakeholders and developers to identify causes of system/code issues
  • Monitoring and maintaining performance of the enterprise application tier

Qualifications for this position include:

  • DHS HQ EOD required to start; must be able to obtain DHS HQ Final Suitability
  • Bachelors degree and 8+ years of related experience
  • Configuration management experience, e.g., using Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
  • Working knowledge with Git/GitHub
  • UNIX shell scripting skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
