Job Summary

A non-profit publishing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Associate Editor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Help identify research on management, business, and society
• Build a diverse network of academic and practitioner contributors
• Commission articles and work with authors

Qualifications Include:

• Five years of editorial experience
• A proven ability to write and edit clean, accurate copy
• An understanding of how to collaborate with outside contributors and/or freelancers
• An ability to coach writers to refine their work, from line editing to structural development
