Job Summary

A marketing and consulting company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Associate Technical Recruiter in Chicago.

Must be able to:

• Partner with business to identify, engage & hire talent that will enable the organization to achieve its business goals
• Act as an Adviser to the business and share market intelligence, industry trends and pipeline of opportunistic talent
• Partner with People Success to identify talent gaps and succession planning opportunities/needs

Qualifications Include:

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience performing and driving full cycle recruitment within a large organization across multiple geographies
• Strong client facing capabilities - personable and credible, with experience leading search projects at senior levels
• Strong analytical skills to synthesize and analyze external market data as well as search data to influence decision making
• High level of executive maturity that enables one to develop strong client and candidate partnerships
