An automotive financial solutions provider is in need of a Remote Senior Automotive Financial Recruiter.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Utilizing custom and creative ways to find, engage and attract top candidates, especially regarding DE&I
- Owning, building and developing a terrific 'Employment Brand'
- Providing coaching/mentoring to hiring managers and their teams on the interviewing, hiring, and on-boarding process
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experienced with five years of full-scope recruiting for both technical and non-technical positions
- Expert skills with Linked In recruiting tools (Recruiter and Talent Hub)
- Great at communicating with candidates and stakeholders
- Ability to excel in high-growth, high-impact environments
- Ability to provide coaching/mentoring to hiring managers and their teams on the interviewing, hiring, and on-boarding process
