Job Summary

An ecommerce company is in need of a Remote Senior Automotive Internal Controls Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Overseeing the ongoing execution of the Company’s SOX compliance program
• Leading SOX risk assessments, controls scoping, SOX testing, evaluation of deficiencies and development of remediation plans
• Enhancing key business processes in an agile environment with timely and practical recommendations

Required Skills:

• Certified Public Accountant with 7+ years of experience
• Current or prior experience auditing public companies at a Big 4 accounting firm
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong knowledge of the internal control framework and a solid understanding of the concepts of control design a
• Advance knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting and PCAOB auditing standards
• Proactive and self-motivated accounting professional, able to think independently
