Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Behavior Scientist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing research and technical contributions from team members, including partners and consultants, through to the production and dissemination of final outputs
- Developing and applying behavioral science concepts and strategic thinking, theoretical frameworks, appropriate methodologies, and techniques
- Working with internal and external teams to create chronic condition-related behavior change
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ph.D. in applied psychology, health psychology, public health, cognitive science, social psychology, or other related fields
- 3-5 years working in the behavior science
- Substantial research background and experience evidenced by a track record of publications of different nature and by roles in research processes
- Fluency in English to convey complex messages in a clear, concise, and effective manner to different audiences orally and in writing
- High level of technical, analytical, and conceptual skills
- Organizational skills for self and others
