Job Summary
A manufacturing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Benefits Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Update & maintain benefits' website and coordinate benefit communications
- Update & maintain plan documents based on regulatory requirements
- Develop a new vendor onboarding process
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related area or equivalent experience
- 5 years of progressive benefits communication, administrative, and analytical experience
- Familiarity with federal and state benefits regulations including ERISA, COBRA, and HIPAA
- MS Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint) intermediate skills
- Experience in vendor administration
