Job Summary
A financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Benefits and Leave of Absence Administrator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage the successful implementation & administration of the Company’s Benefits Programs
- Oversee data integration & systems functionality
- Develop communications and manage communication strategy
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5 years of progressively responsible experience in benefits and LOA administration
- An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered
- Comprehensive knowledge of the principles, practices, and procedures of employee benefits administration
- Strong knowledge of state and federal law(s) as it pertains to the company’s benefit plans
- Skilled in the use of a variety of technologies: Excel, HRIS & Payroll, Benefits software, etc
