Job Summary

A financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Benefits and Leave of Absence Administrator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage the successful implementation & administration of the Company’s Benefits Programs
  • Oversee data integration & systems functionality
  • Develop communications and manage communication strategy

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 5 years of progressively responsible experience in benefits and LOA administration
  • An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the principles, practices, and procedures of employee benefits administration
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal law(s) as it pertains to the company’s benefit plans
  • Skilled in the use of a variety of technologies: Excel, HRIS & Payroll, Benefits software, etc
