Job Summary
A health insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Business Change Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following esponsibilities:
- Identify potential issues, project change, and scope
- Develop and design processes and systems that support business needs
- Conduct cost/benefit analyses
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in a related field
- 8-10 years of process improvement, business change or project related experience an equivalent background
- For URAC accredited areas the following applies: Requires strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills
