Job Summary

A mortgage banking firm has a current position open for a Remote Senior Business Development Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Cold calling targeted leads made up of potential loan officer recruits
• Building and managing database of potential contacts within Salesforce
• Talking to approximately 40 potential contacts a day, totaling 200 conversations per week

Position Requirements Include:

• Minimum of one year total experience in Mortgage lending related role
• Ability to manage multiple priorities; strong detail orientation and highly organized
• Proficiency with data entry, PDF software programs, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
• Passionate about delivering excellence in customer service.
