Job Summary

An insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Business Intelligence Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Architecting, designing, implementing end-to end BI solutions and the required supporting architecture
  • Creating functional and technical documentation related to Business Intelligence solutions
  • Formulating and recommending standards for achieving maximum performance and efficiency of the DW ecosystem

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Finance, Statistics or other related field
  • 5+ years of hands on experience with various business intelligence and analytics tools
  • Strong MS Excel and data analysis skills
  • Knowledge of economics and/or insurance markets
  • Good understanding of  Data warehouse, Dimensional modeling, Data virtualization and Data delivery methodologies
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
