Job Summary

A business process outsourcing firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Business Process Technical Writer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Participating in planning and reviews and documentation sessions
Participating in the peer-editing process for other members of the security and engineering teams
Gathering data from security and engineering SMEs to create and update baselines, policies, procedures, and guidelines

Qualifications for this position include:

5 years of work experience in Technical writing
Ability to participating in the peer-editing process for other members of the security and engineering teams
Ability to participate in planning and reviews and documentation sessions
Ability to demonstrate plan and manage organization of documentation within Microsoft SharePoint
Ability to write user documentation for an international audience
Ability to design and create high-quality documentation
