Job Summary
A global healthcare company is in need of a Remote Senior Business Systems Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Analyzing business needs, documenting requirements and translating needs into functional, non-functional and technical specifications
- Delivering requirements, performing analysis, and evaluating downstream business, systems, process, and/or organization impacts
- Planning and assisting with oversight of testing processes and activities including defect identification and resolution
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field OR
- 4 additional years of comparable work experience beyond required experience years may be substituted in lieu of a bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years of experience in developing requirements and performing system analysis
- 5+ years of experience of major software systems implementation
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC)
- Experience in analyzing and documenting process and data flow
