Job Summary

A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Business Systems Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Own and foster collaboration with System Administrators to resolve application defects
  • Lead and educate business users on how to leverage SaaS applications ecosystem
  • Become the primary point and the liaison between Finance teams and admin/development teams

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Finance, IT, or related discipline
  • Hands-on experience with configuring system and troubleshooting issues
  • Experience performing detailed gap analysis, and preparing as-is & to-be process documentation
  • 5 years' experience within a global Finance, Accounting, or Procurement SaaS environment
  • Project experience using SaaS applications, included but not limited to NetSuite, Coupa, and Zuora
  • Experience with multiple software delivery lifecycle methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile
