Job Summary

A digital gaming marketplace is seeking a Remote Senior Business Talent Acquisition Partner.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Deeply understanding, influencing, and owning hiring timelines and objectives across our teams
• Building and executing effective recruitment strategies that will deliver results
• Determining appropriate mix of recruitment partners, vendors and platforms

Required Skills:

• 6-10 years experience in recruiting, with significant time spent filling senior business roles
• Proven ability to proactively drive recruiting processes with hiring managers
• Skilled at technical sourcing, boolean search, ultimately leading to developing robust candidate pipelines
• Strong communication skills especially in the areas of influence and persuasion
• In partnership with hiring managers, ability to understand key elements of roles
• Team collaboration at all levels, including other members of a broader HR team
