Job Summary

A national provider of specialty claims and risk management services is filling a position for a Remote Senior Case Management Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports
  • Conduct regularly scheduled team huddles at least every 2 weeks
  • Monitor documentation and billing of file activity

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Maintain active nursing license in home state; Willingness to obtain nursing licenses in other states
  • RN, BSN, CCM preferred, other undergraduate degrees allowing a CCM will be considered
  • 5 - 10 years of nursing, case management, or other health care profession experience
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in supervisory and management of health care employees
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in workers’ compensation case management
