Job Summary
A health services company is in need of a Remote Senior Cash Application Posting Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Post remittance advice to patient accounts
- Investigate and resolve unapplied cash
- Perform reviews of AR reports and identifies posting issues, root cause analysis and develops action plans
Qualifications for this position include:
- Be familiar with revenue cycle management solutions for health systems
- Can perform root cause analysis and develops action plans
- Can resolve any errors after posting payments, and posting guarantor payments
- Handle posted cash with bank, requesting refunds, and credit balance management
