Job Summary
A financial services firm is in need of a Remote Senior Change Leader.
Must be able to:
- Lead the strategy and execution of change management on transformational programs
- Estimate resources needed for program change efforts and partner with program leader and HR
- Partner with the program leader to document the program objectives, benefits, structure, and governance
Position Requirements Include:
- A bachelor’s degree is required or equivalent experience
- 8 years of change management or related experience on complex projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience creating, monitoring, and interpreting stakeholder change readiness and adoption metrics through the entire development lifecycle
