Job Summary
A SalesForce consulting company is seeking a Remote Senior Change Management Consultant.
Must be able to:
- Spearhead change management activities on enterprise level projects to maximize employee engagement
- Proactively identify impact and adoption risks
- Lead the design, development and delivery of communications to create awareness, manage resistance to change and help ensure user readiness
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of experience in change management, communications or related experience
- Leading enterprise-wide change management programs and managing the execution/implementation throughout the project lifecycle
- Driven servant-leader with experience in agile, transformation and/or organizational change
- Strong executive presence and the ability to work with senior leaders
