Job Summary

A company that connections people with businesses has an open position for a Remote Senior Chargeback Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Submit refund request for valid claims
Investigate US & Canadian chargebacks received from Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, PayPal, and other third party tools
Update internal spreadsheets with incoming chargebacks received (a lot of data entry)

Qualifications for this position include:

You have prior Chargeback experience (Minimum of 2 years preferred)
You are familiar with GSuite, Microsoft Excel, and Word
You have experience handling highly sensitive and confidential information
You have strong and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
You will work at least one weekend per month as a part of a normal 40 hour work week (Required)
You have an Associates degree or Accounting coursework (Preferred)
