Job Summary
An insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Claims Call Center Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Process routine and complex first reports of loss
- Handling of specialized projects on cutting edge initiatives
- Providing timely service to internal and external customers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travel required 5 % of the Time
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2 or more years Customer Service experience
