Job Summary

A dental health company is seeking a Remote Senior Client Engagement Coordinator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Booking travel for team members; preparing expense reports for assigned leaders
  • Scheduling meetings; coordinating all related materials; establishing video conferences
  • Responding to internal and external emails (VM/email)

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel as projects dictate (<10%)
  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1 year of office/administrative experience
  • Intermediate skill in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio)
  • Ability to handle data and information with confidentiality
  • Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks with tight deadlines
