Job Summary

A health insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Clinical Administrative Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting the discharge care management team
• Outreaching to providers to confirm member appointment scheduling
• Outreaching to vendors to confirm member services are appropriately provided

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED or higher
• 2+ years of experience analyzing and solving customer problems
• 2+ years of experience working in the health care industry in a provider and/or member facing role
• 2+ years of experience working with medical terminology
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel Experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook
