Job Summary
A technology company has an open position for a Remote Senior Cloud Communications Business Operations Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Set up projects in Kimble based upon the professional services orders that are sold
- Provide regular and ad hoc reporting from our Professional Services financial system and other systems and data sources
- Perform operational processes in support of global customer care business, such as PO submission, PO reconciliation, etc
Position Requirements Include:
- BA in Business Administration or Finance or related field or equivalent work experience
- High level of expertise in MS Excel/Google Sheets, MSWord/Google Docs, MS Powerpoint/Google Slides
- Excel/Sheets experience must include ability to effectively use advanced features: pivot tables, complex charts & graphs, lookups, etc
- Competency with accounting and financial principles as they relate to software professional services
