Job Summary

A multinational internet retailer is in need of a Remote Senior Cloud Technology Customer Service Operations User Experience Program Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Defining, documenting, and implementing end-to-end repeatable processes
• Identifying team needs with regards to process, tools, documentation
• Driving UX team deliverables

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
• 6+ years of successful experience as a Producer, UX PM, or similar role in a user experience or design team
• 5+ years of experience leading large projects through the full product development life cycle
