Job Summary

A life sciences manufacturing company is in need of a Remote Senior Commercial Americas Talent Acquisition Partner.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Serve as an HR Business Partner with an expertise in Talent Acquisition
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies
  • Manage and drive the recruiting lifecycle

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 8+ years of Recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment
  • Able to assist with reporting on staffing when needed
  • Experience with, or understanding of, a matrixed organization
  • Understanding of Employment Law; EEO and OFCCP
  • Experience participating in behaviorally-based interview techniques; strong candidate assessment skills
