Job Summary
A manufacturing company is seeking a Remote Senior Commercial Counsel .
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing legal support and advice on dispute management and resolution across a range of US jurisdictions
- Providing compliance leadership and support
- Working closely with other legal functional leaders to support related matters
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited American university or college plus an advanced degree in law
- Minimum of 5 years of significant experience in relevant commercial transaction area(s) and general corporate law
- In house counsel registration or admission to a bar in one of the jurisdictions of the United States
