Job Summary

A software development and cybersecurity company is in need of a Remote Senior Commercial Counsel Member.

Must be able to:

  • Advise on a broad range of commercial matters
  • Review, draft, negotiate, and interpret a wide range of contracts
  • Prepare and maintain template agreements

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 7-10 years of post JD experience negotiating commercial technology agreements
  • JD from an accredited law school and active Bar membership
  • Experience supporting sales teams selling enterprise software/services
  • Ability to independently manage and own multiple projects with varying deadlines
  • A focus on closing deals and finding pragmatic solutions to any issue you encounter
