Job Summary

A financial services company is seeking a Remote Senior Commercial Escrow Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Assist the Escrow Advisor
  • Provide expertise and knowledge regarding a variety of support options we are evolving and building
  • Coach, mentor and train support staff to support our NCS operations

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Experienced national commercial escrow professional
  • A thorough understanding of escrow documents and contracts
  • Understanding of appropriate escrow function with exposure to closing transactions
  • An appropriate and thorough understanding of the requirements of funds handling
  • A desire and ability to share escrow knowledge with others
  • Experience and knowledge of all aspects of the escrow side of our transactions
