Job Summary

A social media company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Commercial Legal Counsel.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Draft, structure, and negotiate agreements with ForgeRock customers
  • Partner collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Provide primary support for ForgeRock's dynamic partner program

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Advantageous to have knowledge with CCPA & GDPR contract issues and compliance efforts
  • Have significant expertise ( 8+ years ) supporting complex enterprise software licensing transactions
  • Advanced customer-facing negotiation skills with a proven track record of supporting a dynamic, high-volume sales team
  • Willingness to tackle new projects in areas of less familiarity
  • Advantageous to have an in-house legal background, particularly with a global company
