Job Summary
A financial services firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Commercial Lending Services Product Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensuring quality service and effective operations support for all of the assigned internal and external customers
- Managing and coordinating the operational activities for assigned functional areas/regions
- Administering corporate policies and procedures and ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Expert-level knowledge of commercial lending business and operations
- Knowledge of lending systems and platforms such as Loan IQ, AFS, ABLE and DataScan
- 10 or more years of operations-related experience
- Familiarity with Supply Chain Finance and Equipment Finance businesses
- Experience with Agile and Scrum particularly in the Product Owner skillset
- Understanding of software development lifecycle
