Job Summary
A software developer has a current position open for a Remote Senior Commission Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Build new hire quotas by working with management
- Calculate companywide commission payouts and submit to payroll for processing
- Integrate new comp builds in our commission model
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2 years’ experience with commission calculations at a software company
- Provide excellent Excel skills
- Ability to calculate companywide compensation metrics and payouts using Excel based calculators
- Ability to reconcile bookings tables and create large data sets used for commission payouts
