Job Summary
A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Compensation Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Producing workforce analytics, audit compensation data and identify trends that are affecting the business
- Performing complex analysis to identify opportunities and make recommendations
- Participating in the annual merit, incentive and total compensation statement process
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Strong written/verbal communication skills and ability to work with management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field
- 7 years of work experience beyond degree
- Complete working knowledge and skill with ability to be fully proficient in the function
- Excellent consultative skills and ability to build credibility with customers
- Advanced Excel skills
