Job Summary

An assurance company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Compensation Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Assist with salary increase budgets and pay structure adjustments
  • Process bonus calculations and special pay requests
  • Develop and present compensation education to management and staff

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
  • 7+ years of relevant experience
  • HRIS software knowledge
  • Knowledge of compensation design, analytics and design frameworks
  • Microsoft Excel skills
