Job Summary

A management consulting and property development company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Compensation Analyst in Seattle.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Supporting the associate and executive annual compensation and bonus processes
  • Providing guidance and consultation regarding compensation strategy and market ranges
  • Preparing the firm’s data submissions for compensation surveys, analyze results, develop market ranges, and model compensation increase data

Required Skills:

  • B.A. or B.S. degree and preferably in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • 3-5+ years in broad-based compensation analysis
  • Excellent MS Excel skills as well as the ability to package effectively for executives
  • Extensive experience with the use of compensation benchmarking surveys
  • Knowledge of salary management principles and incentive compensation design fundamentals
