Job Summary
A healthcare product company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Compensation and Execution Field Inquiry Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Supporting analysis of field inquiries and payout team issues
- Working across business unit Compensation Administration team to capture pay inquiries
- Leading process improvement efforts to close identified process gaps leading to pay issues
Qualifications Include:
- Ability to travel 10% of the time
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 5 years of business experience
