Job Summary

An aeronautical university is filling a position for a Remote Senior Constituent Relationship Management Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to apply technology and improve efficiencies
• Integrate business knowledge of the University with technical knowledge of the prospect management, application, retention, and corporate relations systems
• Participate in and/or lead efforts involving the installation, growth and evolution of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in a computer related field
• 5-7 years of work-related experience
• Ability to support IT Core Values by focusing on improvements, believing in our team, learning from mistakes, being accountable for actions
• Significant cross functional experience with information technology systems and applications
• Extensive knowledge and experience in Salesforce and related apps including, but not limited to, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, TargetX, and Form Assembly
