Job Summary

A privately-held commercial and industrial roofing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Construction Roofing Estimator in Tampa.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Working closely with Sales Reps to ensure an appropriate system for client is offered based on need
Mentoring, and providing direction to other full time re-roofing estimators and those who assist estimating efforts
Preparing estimates in the Edge software in in a timely manner to meet bid timeline using TPO, EPDM, and Modified systems

Qualifications Include:

10+ years experience in commercial roofing estimation
3+ years experience as Sr. Estimator
3+ years of Edge v.12 experience
Strong knowledge of roof construction and reroof operations
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
