Job Summary
A technology company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Consumer Insights Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Launch and lead all aspects of NPS, tracking and reporting results on a quarterly basis
- Analyze internal data to recognize trends and that inform insights
- Evaluate, onboard and coordinate tools for continual brand monitoring
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience in Vendor management and oversight -- clearly define objectives and work with outside vendors
- Experience running both qualitative and quantitative research
- Experience analyzing data and communicating insights
- Experience in Research design and analysis including writing questionnaires, data analysis, and delivering research findings
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing research (methodologies, techniques), Strategy, or Statistical Analysis or comparable job experience
- Familiarity and experience working with third party research tools with experience evaluating and onboarding new research partners
