Job Summary
A food delivery company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Contact Center Business Project Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Implementing contact center self-service and omnichannel communication solutions
- Engaging with contact center business leadership and subject matter experts
- Providing project management and leadership expertise for PMO development
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years project/program management experience, leading small to large teams
- Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and/or Lean Six-Sigma project management methodologies
- Ability to dig into all of the minutiae and understand every aspect of the project
- Ability to lead, and work with, all levels of the organization through collaboration and consensus
- Track record of driving results and projects to completion on schedule and under budget
