Job Summary

A computer software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Conversion Rate Optimization Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Identifying, launching & optimizing global A/B & multivariate tests on our web properties to drive increased user engagement
  • Designing & building optimized/personalized web experiences that align with web design, UX, and UI best practices
  • Creating & optimizing our web chat user experience efforts to drive increased, qualified engagement through this lead gen channel

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • BS/BA Degree Required
  • 2-4+ years of experience managing web optimization efforts in-house or at an agency
  • Basic working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and web UX & UI best practices
  • Strong working knowledge of A/B testing tools
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics (Omniture SiteCatalyst)
  • Must have experience working with multiple clients or stakeholders simultaneously
