Job Summary

A commerce company is in need of a Remote Senior Corporate and Commercial Counsel.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Oversee corporate strategic transactions
• Lead legal work for Bolt’s fundraising and investment activities
• Prepare board and committee materials

Required Skills:

• Substantial experience with securities and governance, org chart management, mergers and acquisitions, etc
• Prior experience leading corporate investment activities
• Interest and experience in fintech and the crypto industry  
• Exceptional attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects
• Trustworthy and experienced in handling highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• 7+ years of relevant experience including at least 2 years at a high-growth private company
