Job Summary

A non-profit global development network is filling a position for a Remote Senior Corporate Assessment and Selection Framework Consultant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Conducting interviews with leaders/hiring managers, and key stakeholders
  • Developing Terms of Reference for a Request for Proposals from providers of on-line tests
  • Designing a corporate assessment and selection framework, including identification of competencies to be assessed

Qualifications Include:

  • Minimum Master’s Degree or post-graduate professional qualification
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in talent management and acquisition is required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in application of assessment testing in recruitment in international occupational settings
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supporting large public organisations or private companies
  • Experience with international recruitment specifically in the multilateral sector
  • Experience from the private sector
