Job Summary

A consulting firm is seeking a Remote Senior Corporate Finance Professional.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Delivering high-quality valuation, financial modeling and transaction-related services
• Identifying critical valuation issues and be a force for solving problems
• Staying abreast of current business and economic developments

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, applied mathematics or similar degree
• 3 years’ experience in business valuation at a valuation, accounting, or investment banking firm
• Strong foundation of financial valuation requirements for fair value analyses
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong business and financial statement analysis skills
• Understanding of derivatives and advanced modeling techniques
