Job Summary

An integrated dental plan system and benefits carrier is in need of a Remote Senior Corporate Secretary Assistant.

Must be able to:

Serve as a day-to-day liaison and resource to the Board of Directors and Committees
Assist the Corporate Secretary with ensuring the timely and adequate flow of relevant information
Oversee the incorporation, licensing, and registration of the company or its subsidiaries

Skills and Requirements Include:

4+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree
Solid knowledge and understanding of Corporate Governance and Board duties and responsibilities
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working with ambiguity and rapid business changes
