Job Summary

A financial services marketplace is in need of a Remote Senior Credit Cards Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Identifying promising credit card product offerings that will solve members’ credit needs
  • Constructing and executing roadmap for credit card product launches
  • Surveying and analyzing competitive industry landscape to identify relative trends, threats, and opportunities

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 10+ years of credit card experience within FinTech or retail banking
  • 2+ years of leadership experience with emphasis on building new team / businesses within existing organizations
  • A strong background in consumer finance and lending in Fortune 500 and entrepreneurial FinTech environments
  • Ability to seek out new opportunities, drives projects, and navigates ambiguity with patience
  • Ability to establish relationships both internally and with external partners
