A software company is seeking a Remote Senior Customer Analytics and Insights Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead the development, application, and interpretation of advanced analytic methodologies
- Oversee the delivery of customer insights, analytical models, and activation of insights
- Develop and monitor an annual budget
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 10+ years of experience in related field
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in prior management experience
- Demonstrated fiscal responsibility/accountability in managing budgets
- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Excellent leadership, sound judgement, and business acumen skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
