Job Summary
An online retailer has an open position for a Remote Senior Customer Care Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting our Customer Care team in providing exceptional service via email and Zendesk
- Quickly troubleshooting general questions and issues, including shipping/return requests and product inquiries
- Implementing best practices and processes to consistently improve customer relationships
Qualifications for this position include:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support, member services, or a similar role
- An interest in home products, kitchen tools/wares, textiles, small artisans, and design
- Ability to support our users on Mondays through Wednesdays and on the weekend
