Job Summary

A transportation technology and freight matching solutions company is seeking a Remote Senior Customer Insights Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Serving as an expert on innovative data tools, techniques and strategies
  • Developing insights through advanced analytics utilizing multiple tools
  • Developing/creating customer studies to gain insight into customer uncertainty and risks

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of research and business practices, marketing principles and manufacturing processes
  • Strong knowledge of predictive analytics, demand modeling, and statistical analysis with big data, (DOMO)
  • Advanced skills in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Strong analytics, technical and presentation skills
  • Strong verbal and visual presentation skills to present complex data analysis and solutions
