Job Summary

A property and casualty insurance company has an open position for a Remote Senior Customer Journey Design and Delivery Consultant II.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Assisting in the creation of journey maps
  • Providing tactical support to senior Customer Journey team members
  • Establishing and/or assisting with program management within the Customer Journey team

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 or more years of related experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects / programs at a given time
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Demonstrates clear, concise and effective presentation and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with ideation and collaboration tools, such as Mural
